鸡蛋

青椒鸡胸

豆类-黄豆、黑豆、芸豆


今天可能不能完全坚持。因为崴脚了,难受睡不着。早晨五点吃了两块点心,7点30又吃了一块。

今天用电脑坐在椅子上了。
